1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product should be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, bills, and other items supplied with the product.
2. Unboxing Video
For electronic products, earbuds, mobile accessories and other products where applicable, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the time the package is opened.
This may be required to verify damage, missing items, or an incorrect product.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Products cannot be returned merely because the customer has changed their mind or does not like the product after purchase.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, modified, physically broken, or returned without the original packaging/accessories may not be eligible for return.
4. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video, if available
- Description of the issue
After verification, we may arrange a replacement, return, or refund as applicable.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider.
Shipping charges may be non-refundable except where applicable under our policy or law.
6. Order Cancellation
A cancellation request should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
7. Replacement
Where a replacement is approved, the replacement will be subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.
